Dreamland Arts and Crafts Cafe: A Place at Batangas for your Kitschy Soul



 

Dream catchers. You have no idea how much I love dream catchers.  There is something about their intricate designs that struck me when I was a kid and got me buying one after another.

Imagine my joy when I found Dreamland Arts and Crafts Cafe that is located at Villa Lourdes Subd, Lipa City (across De La Salle Lipa). 

Dreamland Arts and Crafts Cafe is a haven for healthy living and a passion for crafting.This cafe also serves as the store for the Indie Green Culture brand which has a wide product line of all things crafted and hippie.

I went there with my sisters at Dreamland Arts and Crafts Cafe earlier to have lunch.

I will be featuring them at When In Manila but for the mean time, here is a sneak peek of the place (I loved the place so much!).


Sustainable Interior Design that Encourages Artistry and Expression

Saying that the place is "Instagramable" from any angle is an understatement. But what I like most about is is almost 100% of the furniture and decor are recycled or handmade. 








Apart from the dream catchers, the Indie Culture brand also sells other hand made items such as tie-dye shirts, bracelets and necklaces.


They have freedom walls where you can express yourself and also put up your artworks made in Dreamland Arts and Crafts Cafe.




If you're lucky enough, you'd find a crafter that is making a dream catcher. 




Healthy Food for a Healthy Soul

 My sisters and I had 1 drink each, and these were:

 

Green Tea Frappe with Green Tea Kitkat


 

Lychee, Banana, and Strawberry Smoothie


Mint Strawberry Lemonade

As for the food, we had A LOT. We were so full after lunch! Here are what we ate:

      Yup! The place encourages people to make art there. Signal is limited and there's no Wi-Fi. For the dream catchers, the crafters make them but you can go chat them up. They're really accommodating. :)
